Refund policy

We value the quality of our Sarah Lorraine items, therefore, any return should consist of new, unused items with all security garment tags still intact. Please be aware that returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.

In the event that you are returning an item due to faults, damages, or soiling, we kindly request you to contact sales@sarahlorraine.ie before initiating the return process.

Please be advised that we do not assume responsibility for deliveries to shipping companies or freight forwarders; this will be at your own risk.
