Before dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Just email sales@sarahlorraine.ie with your order number and we’ll refund you in full.

After dispatch: Once your order has left us, you can return it within 30 days of delivery under our Returns Policy for a refund. Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Made-to-measure and Atelier pieces: Items made to your own measurements or specifications can’t be cancelled once work has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation or returned item.
